Hisar Connect is a local service-providers directory for Hisar, Haryana. Clients search for providers (electrician, plumber, salon, tutor and more) and contact them by call, WhatsApp, directions or a service request. Providers list themselves so people can find them. By using the app you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to list a service, and at least 13 to use the app. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your Google login secure. Provide accurate details and do not impersonate anyone else.
If you list a service, you are responsible for the accuracy of your name, services, area, number, photo and hours. You confirm you are entitled to offer the services listed. We may remove listings that are false, misleading, or reported by users.
Hisar Connect is a platform that connects clients and providers. We are NOT a party to any job, booking, payment or agreement between them. We do not employ providers and do not guarantee any provider, price, quality of work, or outcome. Always use your own judgement and take normal safety precautions.
All payments for services are made directly between the client and the provider, outside the app, and entirely at their own risk. Hisar Connect does not process, hold, or refund any money.
Do not post unlawful, hateful, harassing or spam content, scrape data, attempt to break security, or misuse anyone’s personal information. The verified-number and rating features must not be gamed. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
The app is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hisar Connect is not liable for any loss, injury or damage arising from your use of the app, your dealings with any provider or client, or reliance on any listing, rating or review.
You can permanently delete your account and data at any time from Account → Delete my account. This removes your profile, listing, reviews and notifications and cannot be undone. See Delete your data.
In line with the IT (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, 2021, complaints may be sent to our Grievance Officer at ceo@ventron.in. We acknowledge grievances within 24 hours and resolve them within 15 days. This covers content, copyright and account complaints.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Hisar, Haryana have jurisdiction. We may update these Terms; continued use means you accept the changes. Questions? Email ceo@ventron.in.
