Option 1 — Delete it yourself in the app (instant)

  1. Open Hisar Connect.
  2. Tap the account icon in the top-right of the home screen.
  3. Scroll down and tap Delete my account.
  4. Confirm. Your account and data are erased immediately and you are signed out.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you can no longer sign in, email ceo@ventron.in from the email address you used to sign in, with the subject “Delete my Hisar Connect account”.

We acknowledge within 24 hours and complete deletion within 15 days, in line with India's DPDP Act, 2023.

Retention

Nothing is retained after deletion except residual copies inside encrypted infrastructure backups, which roll off automatically within 90 days. Deletion cannot be undone.
